Still Born - Elliot Casper Fox
I know a lot of people will declare me crazy for posting this story but, so what?!

As some of you might know, I happened to experience one of the cruelest things that can probably happen to you. After a wonderful and completely normal pregnancy of 37 weeks my baby died in the womb without any reason or warning. And I delivered him the natural way 16hours after the diagnosis on March 9th 2012.
What I did not know and what is almost never told any pregnant women (in order not to scare them) is that this can happen in late pregnancy. And that it actually is not as rare as it seems. Speaking about it thought, is. And it seems that a lot of people are actually so scared of the idea of a still born that it becomes a huge tabu. Whilst talking about your happy healthy new born, is no problem at all, a still born baby is a considered monster.
I want to take this fear from you and make you look at this picture of my baby boy. He is the most wonderful creature I have ever seen. He looked just like every sleeping baby and it makes me really really sad that we couldn’t spend just a little more time together.
We named him ELLIOT CASPER FOX,
because he is our god and our lord, because he is our treasure, because he is a fox for leaving us so early.
The 8 1/2 months with him were wonderful, from the first flutter, to his last strong kicks, to the short time I could hold him I will never forget him. We will never forget him. I hope you won’t either.

Elliot Casper Fox - March 9th 2012 - 53 cm tall 2815 grams heavy
A freak of nature as is, a blue goldfish or a hipster having a baby...?!
